Generation America, a member based social media site is seeking an in-house Drupal Programmer; we are located in Austin, TX. Gen-A, a start-up company, is currently composed of a fun, but talented and dedicated group of people who are taking on the challenge of expanding our nationwide company. We are looking for a like-minded individual who can assist us with our web based business. Some tele-commuting may actually be required at times, but for the most part we are looking for an in-house programmer.

The Central Texas Nonprofit Drupal Users Group was formed at DrupalCamp Austin 2009. Nonprofit staff from Austin and San Antonio, along with several others involved in nonprofits and community groups, met in a “Birds of a Feather” session and created the new users group.

Drive to drupal camp austin
I was curious if anyone from NC / SC / East coast was interested or heading out to Drupal Camp Austin? It's only $40 to attend 2 days next weekend, but the trip is about 19 hours for us.
Would anyone be interested in saving some money and car pooling down and back? I would love to go but don't have a reliable vehicle to make the trip. I live in Asheville, NC.

3. Must have strong understanding of Views 2
4. Must know how to install and use Drupal modules
The Job:
1. Will have to be able to take list of fields that need to go into a content type, and create that content type with the defined fields
2. Will take content types and create views from them – pages, blocks, etc
3. Format the output of content types based on our specifications (probably with contemplate)

I can't get file manager in fckeditor to upload files unless the user is the site administrator. After selecting the file and clicking the Upload button, it hangs, saying "Uploading filename.jpg..." I've got about 8 hours invested in this, I've read the documentation well and followed many threads ...
