What is the plan for presenting any Drupal at Boise Code Camp? It's coming up in one month. Maybe this has already been discussed in person by some folks, but I haven't seen it on here yet.

If you have submitted a session, or plan to submit a session, I'd encourage you to post it here.

I'm planning to do a presentation on Drupal performance tuning, but have not submitted it officially yet.

Okay, can anyone help with this one?

I created a view, am using the title as a field, outputting this field as a link.

Problem is the title names contain fractions (i.e., 1/2, 1/4, etc.) so, the link uses the slash in the url and thus can't find my title that contain fractions.

Using Drupal 7.

I was wondering if there are any .htaccess gurus among us? I have very limited exposure and I am having a hard time figuring this one out.

We (Chris Shattuck and I) just had a really good conversation with Kris Klinkhammer from the Drupal Association. We're getting started with the Fiscal Sponsorship program and the credit card should be sent out to us shortly so we can start booking venues, getting the catering set up, etc.

We're still trying to nail down a date. The venue has Oct 19, 20, and 21 available for us, but those are the dates of PNW Drupal Summit this year (in Seattle).

The other dates that we threw around were:

I am in Nampa, and just started with Drupal. I am stumbling, and could use some quick mentoring to get going. What is the fastest way to get familiar with Drupal?
I am working on getting the Answers module going, and am having trouble with it. Is anyone in the group using this module? I would love to get in touch in the very near future.

A couple weeks ago we put on a 60-student mentored training at the Bay Area Drupal Camp. jBrauer kindly assisted along with 5 other mentors. It went fantastic. First of all, I wanted to thank James for organizing the last several meetups. My friend Melissa came last month and said she had a good time. I'm hoping to get freed up before long to start attending and help out wherever there's a need.

To James and whoever is spearheading the next meetings, I just wanted to let you know that I'd be happy to offer a free month's membership at http://buildamodule.com for each meetup, and occasional DVDs. I have some nice printed certificates I can send, but I can also email a PDF as well.

Greetings. I've just begun as training manager for OpenSourcery, based in Portland, OR and the first scheduled training is in Boise. While I'm in town, I'd love to get together with local community members. Monday, September 26 and Tuesday, September 27 I'll be wrapping up at Boise State around 5:30pm and would be ready to head out afterward if anyone's interested and available.

Let's plan for a meeting in September.

We'd discussed having meetings on the second Tuesday of the month. For September, that'd be September 8th.

I'll be happy to host the meeting at my company's offices in Garden City.

Presentations: Does anyone have any presentations they've been wanting to do? Let's get a couple things lined up and get this thing going!

Do we have a place to hold a meeting in August? If not, I'd like to offer up the conference room of my company, Project Zen Online. We've got room enough for 8-10 people comfortably, and if we outgrow that, we can move out to the production floor which is a whole lot bigger. We've got 7MB wifi and a projector and whiteboards galore.

I've been missing the Drupal meetings lately, and I'd like to see them fired back up.
