We will be hanging out in the IRC channel #drupalcorn on irc.freenode.net to discuss whatever you want for DrupalCorn 2012.

This is an open discussion, so please bring any ideas.

So far:
- Current proposal is August 3/4 (Fri/Sat) in Ames or Des Moines with 200 attendees and two keynote speakers
- timeframe, 9am - 5pm with an hour lunch
- an evening event on Friday night
- 4-6 tracks

This is a friendly reminder that our next Drupal Meet Up is scheduled for this Thursday, March 15 at Research Park from 5:30-7pm. This month's presenter will be Jason Rambeck and the topic will be "SEO".

Conference Room 130 is located on the 1st floor on the far side of the atrium.

As discussed at the January event, the originally scheduled meeting for February 16th has been cancelled and we will be traveling to Bloomington to join their Drupal Meet Up on Tuesday, February 28th. Karen Stevenson, one of the principle authors of the Date and Calendar modules will be presenting about those two modules. This might be an excellent meeting for beginners. There are two places to meet up to drive together:

We are excited about our first Drupal Meet Up of 2012. It will be on Thursday, January 19th at Research Park from 5:30-7pm. This month's presenter will be Karen Stevenson of Lullabot and the topic will be "Contributing Modules to Drupal". We will also have a pre-Drupal Meetup Discussion about making the meet ups more formal and organized. It starts at 5pm and anyone interested may attend.

The next Drupal Meet Up will be tomorrow Nov 18th from 5:30 to 7pm at EnterpriseWorks, Room 130. The topic for this month is Drupal Meet Up: Versioning (SVN & Git for Drupal). Light refreshments will be served. More information is below on how to get to EnterpriseWorks and the conference room.

We are encouraging attendees to reply back and let us know if you would like to host one of the months that are marked TBD.
