Welcome to the Durango Drupal Users Group!
Durango Drupal User Group April Meetup
I have scheduled the TLC lab at the District Office for Wednesday, April 18th at 5pm. We can have food and drinks but no alcohol. There are computers and a projector available.
It sounds like we can continue to use the TLC lab on the 3rd Wednesday of each month unless there is a district function happening.
Let me know if you have questions or need directions.

which nights are best for meetings?
Let's get the regular monthly meetings going again!
This is a poll/temp check to see which nights work best for everyone.
I don't currently have any regular evening conflicts, so I can make most anything work - but having a regularly scheduled day/date would really help.
Feel free to also suggest times, if early/late is better for you.
thanks!

Checking for interest in a meetup in January
I am checking on possible dates for January to meetup.
Best for me - 1/17 or 1/19

December meeting?
anyone have time and interest for a meeting before Christmas? I'm leaving town the 19th, so it would have to be next week I guess.
or, we could start organizing something for January?

Ideas for October Meetup
Please post ideas for topics, dates, locations for a meetup for DDUG
Durango Drupal meeting, September 1st
OK, school is back in session (next week), and so are the local Drupal meetings!
I'm mostly just looking to gauge interest at this point - location and topics of discussion are TBD. So please leave a comment - even a yes/no/maybe would be great - and of course, chime in with topic suggestions!
Hope you all enjoyed the summer - it sure went fast!

June 2 meeting
Who's up for some Drupal chat? Please comment if you are hoping to attend, and mention any topics you'd like to discuss.
I'd still love to hear more about the 9R setup; anything to do with performance tuning; workflow discussion is always interesting; Drupal 7 experiences, including major upgrades. (pretty much anything, as usual!)

Anyone up for a Cinco de Mayo Drupal meeting?
How about we all suggest topics we'd like to hear about, rather than what we're able to present? I'm hoping this will be easier and generate more discussion, but feel free to chime in with any ideas :)
I could probably find a meeting space if needed (for maybe 10-12 people).

April meeting, who's in?
I know we're all busy, but who wants to get together and chat about drupal (besides myself)?
Maybe we can choose a night of the week and try to do this a bit more often? Monday and Wednesday evenings are tough for me until mid-May.
topic ideas:
- drupal 7
- drupalcon - Chicago just happened and I attended. And next March, DrupalCon will be coming to Denver!
- DrupalCamp CO - is at the Auroria campus again this June 11/12 (I'll also be attending)
- distributions/install profiles
- finding drupal work/workers - is anyone looking for drupal-related work? or drupal help?
- anything else?
please add your ideas for topics, dates and/or venues!

Anybody up for a local drupal get-together? If anyone is using D7, we could discuss that. I'm open to any other topic ideas as well.
Durango December meetup?
Hey gang. I wanted to gauge interest in having a meetup this month (December). It tends to be a busy month for everyone and it may be hard to get a group together. I could probably make it this week or next and I'm pretty sure we could use the TLC lab again.
Are folks interested? Should we try to make this happen?
Thanks.
Brian
Meetup this Friday after work with Arthur Brock?
a message I got from Terry W:
All,
Arthur Brock from Denver is going to be down here in Durango this week. Stuart and I talked about getting together with Arthur while he was down here to chat.

October Meetup
We discussed having a more technical meetup in October and Oct. is already here. The thoughts for meetups are to alternate between social and technical meetups. Also discussed was to have the next meeting during the middle of the week. So please go to groups.drupal.org/durango and post your preference for the next meeting and if you would want to volunteer for a presentation or a topic you might want to learn about.
Content Editor Orientation
Anyone have favorite video tutorials or sequences of same for orienting new content editor prospects to Drupal? CKEditor/IMCE - Page/Story/Book etc.
I've got some interns that want to help with some content creation and data entry so I was thinking to provide some introductory video tutorals to ease the training load. Lots to choose from so wanted to to see if you have some favorites for noob that you've seen work out for them.
Thanks,
~TEW

Hello Everyone,
I have looked over the suggestions for meetup dates and would like to propose Friday, Sept 10th at 5pm.
Please let me know if you are willing to attend and any ideas for a topic for the Durango Drupal User Group's first meetup. I can give an overview of a project that I am working on that should be in beta by 9/10. Brian (co-maintainer) has offered the Learning Lab as a possible location for the meetup, I think maybe a less formal location might be better - thoughts?
