Drupal in Higher Education

Franklin College is seeking to fill a Webmaster – Developer/Designer position. This is a full time, salaried position reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment and Marketing. The Webmaster-Developer/Designer’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, managing the complete Franklin College externally facing web presence for all sites and subdomains.

Looking for a Drupal developer to customize the user points module. This is a short-term paid job ($500? $750? $1000 you tell me) to create a demo to secure longterm funding for transforming a standard commons site into a points-based educational game

Fluency in PHP, MySQL and jQuery / JavaScript
Minimum two years of experience developing Drupal modules (or core contributions)
Proficiency with Drupal’s coding Standards, approaches, and common APIs
Familiarity with User Points + related modules
Understanding of game theory

The Thunderbird School of Global Management is looking for a Drupal guru to be a part of an exciting time in the school’s history. We will be completely redoing our external website and internal intranet portal over the next twelve to sixteen months and are seeking an experienced web designer/developer with extensive Drupal skills to be a part of the transition. The candidate must present an extensive portfolio that demonstrates well-designed, compelling, and usable websites. The candidate should be well-versed in the latest web techniques and trends and show a passion for design. This position is responsible for creating and implementing the visual designs for websites that WDS develops primarily for the Drupal content management system.
