Redirecting IE9 compatibly with nginx when behind a load balancer

I'm having a nightmarish problem getting IE 9 to redirect from http to https. I've looked at a discussion from about a year ago (http://groups.drupal.org/node/206813), but in that case, nginx is in complete control.

In my case, I'm in AWS, and https is actually getting handled by an elastic load balancer (ELB), which is proxying over to nginx over port 80, and setting http_x_forwarded_proto:

Scheduler　モジュールについて

こちらでは何度もお世話になっております。。。。

Scheduler　モジュールについて質問があります。
状況として、ブログと言うコンテンツタイプを作成しそこに投稿し、メインメニューに表示させています。メインメニューの「ブログ」をクリックするとブログコンテンツに投降したコンテンツを一覧表示させることができます。
コンテンツタイプにはSchedulerが設定してあり、指定の日時になったら記事を公開するようにしてあります。
ここまでは問題ありません。トップにも指定日時前の記事は表示されていません。ここも問題ありません。
しかし、メインメニューの「ブログ」をクリックすると指定日時が到来していない記事がなぜか表示されています。
メインメニューの「ブログ」をクリックしたときに表示されるコンテンツは概要表示になっていて、タイトルをクリックしたときにデフォルト表示されるべきですが、そのデフォルト表示はできなようになっています。

メインメニューをクリックしたときにもSchedulerで設定した指定前投稿記事を表示しないようにはできないものでしょうか？

ひょっとしてブログ記事を一覧表示させる方法を変えないといけないのでしょうか？思いつくことと言えばタクソノミータームなどで記事をまとめてメニュー表示、などと言う方法などですが。

ご指導のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

Why do you go to Drupal Camps?

I go to Drupal camps because I know that if I learn one new thing or meet one cool person who's willing to share their experiences with me, then it was a successful use of my time. Whatever I learn doesn't even have to be Drupal related, the point is I'm a wiser person for having immersed myself into the community. I organize Drupal camps because I want others to have that same opportunity, and it's rewarding for me to see people get together and share their brilliant ideas and work.

So, why do you go to Drupal Camps (big, small, local, international)?

Last night at the Way Out West meetup jansenCreative gave an incredibly thoughtful introductory (though not at all cursory) presentation on the major considerations involved in responsive design, both generally, and specifically vis-a-vis Drupal. This kicks off a planned focus on the nuts and bolts of Responsive/Drupal over the coming months. If this is up your alley, definitely add the Way Out West meetup to your calendar!

Newspaper Themes for Drupal 7

Hi,
I own a small hyperlocal news website and have a limited budget.
I am using Open Publish 3 and was using the Gazette theme that came with it, but people didn't seem to like it very much.
Since then, I've bounced around from theme to theme and I've been unsatisfied.

Most premium themes cost about $40 to $80. I'm willing to pay $300 or more for a good one that has ample space for advertising slots.

I've decided that dynamic display blocks are really over rated. I'm just looking for an attractive, newsy-looking theme that is easy to customize.
