I am currently looking for a Drupal Technical Lead to join an internationally recognised company, in their London office. They require somebody who can help advise and implement their Drupal architecture, mentor junior members of staff and generally be the in-house authority on all things Drupal.

We're looking for somebody with 4-5 years experience with Drupal (ideally, not exclusively). You will also come from a strong back-end programming background, certainly with PHP but perhaps with other languages also. Personality is also key - we need a leader, a Drupal hero if you will.

We are looking for someone who has solid PHP and back end development skills (LAMP, etc.) This person should have experience working in a UNIX/LINUX environment and be semi-autonomous. Must know enterprise level development (integrating into complex systems)

Must have developed for systems and groups that do automated builds to development/QA/Staging/Live environments that are controlled from different groups in the enterprise, and this person will have to adapt to the process/systems already in place and be innovative within the parameters of that system.
