Seattle DrupalCamp 2008 Budget

We need to figure out the budget. Vancouver already has a nice set of numbers to start with (hope you don't mind us taking advantage):

I'm working on location which will affect the budget. In fact, one location if we use it will also affect the food budget. Will update as I learn more.

Youngstown (pending final contract): ~ $1000
Hospitality:
* coffee/tea/water in morning/afternoon
* lunch each day
* after hours event Saturday evening
* something on Friday evening?

What else?
