Got top notch CSS skills and looking for steady Drupal theming work?

We are TopNotchThemes, the premier Drupal theme store. We're looking for 1-2 new members of our team to help create killer Drupal themes. This is an ongoing position that will require a commitment of 20-40 hours per week. We are geographically flexible, but you must have excellent English communication skills.

At a minimum, you should be a CSS whiz (3+ years experience) who knows how to cut up mockups in Photoshop and be familiar with Drupal. You should be able to demonstrate your experience creating Drupal themes. You must be great at creating highly cross-browser compatible, clean, and standards-compliant markup and CSS for very flexible themes.

You'll be working for awesome clients – us! We know and love Drupal and understand the challenges of theming, and are here to provide you with an environment to take your Drupal experience to the next level. We'll provide you with a base theme, including template files and CSS structure, and you will need to create new themes based on this foundation. Minimal PHP knowledge is required, but you should be able to read the template code and understand the basics. Experience working with SVN is a plus.
