This values based environmental community needs experienced Drupal volunteers to help build a project based activist website.

• Create and inspire enthusiastic online communities of interest among environmentalists
• Organize network of local grass roots environmental organizations
• Coordinate with other national and international 'green' groups
• Instill a sense of urgency about global climate change
• Organize a Projects/Skills Needed/Activist Placement model, to connect with activists, catalog their skills and interests, and recruit them to project teams
• Implement virtual workspace for document management and team collaboration
• Provide online training framework, for example team building and project management skills
• Mentor Drupalers to support this and other environmental organizations
• Establish Knowledge Base using Taxonomies, and use them to organize all content
• 'Green' news bureau for investigations and coverage of 'green' issues and events
• Speakers bureau of experts and advocates on environmental issues
• Connect with 'green' businesses, as well as consumers, schools, nonprofits and government
• Build Gallery and unleash creative imagery to make a powerful visual impact
• Develop content for entertainment with a green perspective, including art, music and video
• Fundraising
• Public service announcements (PSAs)
• Ensure a secure, fun, collaborative environment
