Carrie & Danielle, Inc. is a lifestyle media company built on the personal brand of its founders, Carrie McCarthy and Danielle LaPorte. Carrie and Danielle’s first book, Style Statement: Live By Your Own Design (Hachette/Filipacchi) went on sale in early April, is already an Amazon best-seller, and is supported by a major publicity campaign and North American book tour.

We’re building a social media site to complement the book and need an experienced and talented Senior Drupal Developer to join our team. This position is one of the most important hires we’ll make since you will have overall responsibility for the architecture of the site. We need someone with experience building successful large-scale consumer Internet sites, and who is able to build, lead and grow a development team for the long term.

It goes without saying but we’ll say it anyway that we’re all about agile development, usability and meeting deadlines rather than packing our application with unnecessary features.

Applicants should have a minimum of five years' web development experience, ideally including several successful Drupal projects.

We’re well funded by a highly respected group of angels who have backed many successful consumer Internet sites.
