Job Description: Drupal Config Specialist/Themer

The Drupal configuration specialist will have a solid understanding of the Drupal Content Management Framework. Listening to our needs you will gather a collection of modules that provide a best fit, and you will work with our developers to provide any customizations that are required. You live online, you thrive in #drupal-support and #drupal-themes. You Blog, Skype, Twitter and Pownce your way through the day to get your points across.

Essential skills.
• General understanding of Drupal 5x core and contrib
• Ability to install and configure Drupal
• Strong command of the drupal 5 theme layer
• HTML and CSS skills to produce validating, cross-browser layouts.
• Particpation in the Drupal community in any capacity.

You'll be considered a stronger candidate if you possess the following:
• Web site design experience
• User interface design
• Agile project methodology
• Photoshop/Illustrator (or equivalents)
• Demonstrated participation on open source projects (not necessarily Drupal)

You'll be able to demonstrate your possession of these skills with a portfolio. You'll be able to demonstrate your activitiy within the Drupal community by providing your Drupal user ID and your IRC handle.
