This is a quick list of help pages I've identified and their current state.

• About -- this contains the basic text from Keith Smith. It's in decent shape.
• view-type -- A discussion on the type (normal, overridden, default). Basically OK, could maybe use some editing.
• display -- A discussion on the basics of displays. Basically OK.
• display-default -- discussion about the default display. TODO. Should include basic settings.
• display-page -- discussion about the page display. TODO. Should discuss non-obvious topics like % in paths and 2 displays with the same path.
