The following issues are all (at the time I'm writing this) either RTBC or CNR
* Add possibility to retrieve a list of projects from the server (http://drupal.org/node/157514)
* Prevent/limit project_usage abuse (http://drupal.org/node/168009)
* Make usage statistics visible (http://drupal.org/node/165380)
* project_page_overview() should use {project_release_supported_versions} (http://drupal.org/node/235037)
* Add search block for just project nodes (http://drupal.org/node/168819)
* Browse by date does not work without project_release and taxonomy modules (http://drupal.org/node/239240)
* {project_release_default_versions} table is not dropped in update 5200 (http://drupal.org/node/235035)
* Inconsistant handling of 'access own projects' permission (http://drupal.org/node/234463)
* Restrict node access by versioncontrol_project too (http://drupal.org/node/186856)

Not ready to go yet, but would be nice if we could finish this up soon.
