Profile
We are looking for a high energy, creative problem solver with a passion for software development to join our client's team.
You will be involved with designing, developing and deploying new WEB projects, as well as extending existing successful applications.
Duties and skills
The role requires Min 4+ years experience of developing database driven web applications, and solid experience in the latest web technologies, including PHP 5, MySQL, XML, Smarty, AJAX and Javascript.
An excellent understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
It is essential you have 4+ years PHP, MySQL and javascript experience essential. Your PHP skills must be excellent.!
Over 4 years experience will be required in developing database driven web applications combining backend database skills with front-end integration.
Familiarity with XML and CVS is must. Must be able to work under minimum supervision, within tight deadlines.
4-5 years experience with MySQL / PHP development, preferably on the Linux platform.
Expertise with MySQL database design and implementation is required.
Strong coding skills in PHP and JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Expertise in the LAMP Stack is highly desirable.
Expertise iwith Ruby on Rails is highly desirable
Extremely organized, articulate, detail-oriented and comfortable working within a team structure.
Ability to comprehend, analyze and communicate the 'big picture' to others required.
Excellent people skills and a positive attitude a must.
