PHP/Drupal Developer | Intent, LLC

Intent is a start-up media venture dedicated to building the Web’s definitive wellness brand. Intent aims to become a trusted destination for wellness content, a syndication platform, and a branded hub for people seeking to share their intentions – personal, social, spiritual and environmental.

We are currently seeking experienced PHP and Drupal developers to work on our team to build the web's leading wellness publication. Our ideal candidate will have the following skills.

* Excellent Communication and Problem Solving skills and a desire to work directly with Intent's editorial and business staff.
* PHP - Solid PHP/5 skills with good understanding of design patterns and OO techniques
* Drupal- Solid understanding of Drupal development including themes, blogs, forums and quizzes
* MySQL- Strong Database development skills
* Ability to define requirements and work in a "concept-to-design" model
* Experience with Agile or Extreme programming techniques
* A strong desire to collaborate and work within a team.

You must have a B.S. in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience. You should have minimum 3 years experience as a developer. Any prior experience in User Interface design a big plus; Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, Javascript. Finally, you must demonstrate good spoken and written communications skills.
