Request for Proposal Site Migration Jot to Drupal Scope Move existing Service Catalog Community www.servicecatalogs.com currently built on Jot platform (purchased by Google and called Google Sites) and move to new open source platform – Drupal, keeping as many of the current feature and functionality of the community intact.
Functional priorities of new platform
1. Ability to migrate existing community members seamlessly (without notification or creating new logins) to new platform.
2. Ability to establish super users (for assigning routine self maintenance capability for the community)
3. Ability to use system settings to manage users
4. Ability to manage (create, design, post, delete) content
5. Ability for any Community member to publish/post their own content
6. Content viewed within forum format
7. Ability to export community members into excel for promoational purposes done periodically for sponsors only
8. Support RSS feed capability
9. Ability to link separate interactive product demo site to community
10. Support blog technology Schedule - migration needs to be complete by June 30, 2008
