We are looking for someone who understands Drupal theming and can rapidly create new professional-looking designs to allow us to keep our many sites up to date and fresh. The candidate should have a mastery of visual design technologies and be able to quickly translate ideas into web designs.

The ideal candidate moves easily between Photoshop and standards compliant XHTML/CSS and is able to rapidly create designs that work identically between major browser versions. Some knowledge of PHP and JQuery is required and some experience with Drupal theming is strongly desired.  Experience with configuring and/or developing Drupal-based websites is a plus.

  • Ability to quickly create and realize new web page designs, creating integrated visual components
  • Ability to envision and realize logo and branding designs from scratch
  • Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, hand-coded XHTML, CSS, JQuery
  • Excellent with Flash, Actionscript, video encoding
  • Experience with PHP programming
  • Experience with Drupal (at least theming / site administration)
  • Comfortable creating training material using Camtasia screencasts or similar tools
  • Portfolio of websites demonstrating creativity, usability, flexibility
