Drupal developer | Marketing/Communications

I work for an online marketing company looking for a developer to implement a Drupal CMS/ecommerce site. It's a fairly robust site (400 pages) with some slightly more complicated taxonomy requirements. I am a project manager and would coordinate content/images/data, etc. but need your help in creating taxonomy, customizing layout, implementing modules, etc. fyi We're in Chicago. Looking to identify person very soon - tho project may be a little ways out yet.
