I am in the process of launching many Drupal based membership sites. I am looking for a person who can manage the day to day aspects of setting up these sites.

You need to be very familiar with the following:

Multi-Installs

Adding Content

Cloning An Install's DB, Modules to use as a base for other similar sites

CiviCRM (and its modules)

Integration with PayPal

The ideal candidate should have experience with all these features and should be able to do each in their sleep. You should be able to easily automate and or do these requirements easily and quickly. I have done the required tasks by hand and have been able to do so for 3-4 sites per day. You will be expected to do more than that.
