MMS Coverage?

Please excuse me if the topic is off. I would like to know if this group will cover MMS as well or is just strictly SMS? Is there a MMS group here? Thank you and again, please excuse my post if it is not appropriate for this group.

Sure, MMS is fine, too. We have MMS on our roadmap, that will likely be an sms_mms.module. Main topics will be how to process / handle the incoming image and video files: as attachments? as cck file fields? etc.

Looks like the Clickatell gateway supports MMS, and I know that our MUSE gateway does, too.

Mailhandler is analogous to SMS framework in the way it receives messages and images. See this article about some mailhandler => imagefield integration.

HI,
Need a SMS module by which user can send msg to other phone number.When users reply to a message (via SMS or Email), the reply message should be posted in a thread against the original broadcast message and be available via history for any user in the Broadcast Group.
Allow for a hook so that users can unsubscribe via a response message. Unsubscribing should suspend all outbound messaging from that Broadcast Group.
