Air America just pulled our a major version of its drupal-based web site: www.airamerica.com

Actual development is outsourced but now looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to take ownership of the platform and take it to the next level: more e-commerce, more new modules, more audio and video.

• Interpersonal qualities to communicate with users and translate their needs into specs
• Organized: You monitor the overall development process, including budgeting
• Self-starter: You are responsible for delivery of future site versions
• Service-oriented: You are the first line of internal support

Technical skills required:

• web standards - XHTML, CSS, progressive enhancement with JS (perhaps jQuery or other JS toolkits)
• familiarity with PHP and MySQL development
• Drupal - theme and custom module development
• working to specifications with a formal QA process
• Experience in video field is a plus

Work in the office is preferred - could be part time.
