Seeking to add partners / team members to growing start-up.

We plan to be the preeminent host of VPS's for Drupal & CiviCRM. Not a one-size-fits-all solution, but an infrastructure optimized for these apps. True VPS with root access where you can install any software you want, and if you want Drupal, you'll get the best performance possible.

And sometimes we're just a Development shop disguised as a Hosting Company.

I've grown the company as far as I can on my own, now I need to grow the team. Seeking to fill two roles:

LAMP Administrator
Maybe you're new to Drupal and/or CiviCRM, but you're a wizard at sysadmin work. I want to talk to you. Great opportunity to learn, and od what you want, while exercising your best skills to keep the servers running at top performance and security. First task will be consulting regarding the purchase of a new server, and setting it up as a VPS host.

Sales Manager
Your primary role will be getting the new hosting clients & development jobs, but you need to be comfortable with Drupal because you'll provide end-user training for development projects, and also oversee support. You'll be the main point of contact for the clients. And you can write code too, if you want, but it's not required. Some sales experience is good, but it need not be in the IT sector.

CiviCRM experience is a big bonus for all, but not required.

For both roles, I'm willing to make you a partner and give you a share in this cashflow-positive, debt free company. I'll pay for the up front expenses, you contribute your time along with me, and we split the profits. Or work as an independent contractor if you prefer, but preference will be given to entrepreneurial individuals who want to stake a claim in helping to grow a business.
