Drupal Developer | Teacher Creature

Hi,

I need to have the url structure for my site modified.

The structure needs to be exactly as follows:

www.teacher-creature.com/XX/YY

XX = 2 digital language code (eg: en)
YY = Country Name in English (eg: czechrepublic, germany)

Structure must be the same formatting throughout the site.

Currently the site is only for the Czech Republic, but will in the future expand to more countries and languages. So the current url modification will look like:

1. teacher-creature.com/en/czechrepublic
2. teacher-creature.com/cs/czechrepublic

Potential for more work in the future.
