i am interested in receiving a bid for the development of an e-commerce/social network website.

the project could be described as a social network platform that has an e-commerce component, or vice versa.

For example, people who sign-up and become members would use a form in their account management pages to list items for sale on their page. Visitors to the site can aggregate items from several member's pages to a shopping cart. Members have all the normal functions of a social network: adding friends, posting a blog, having a photo gallery, posting video and music, customizing their page styling, leaving comments on friends pages, etc.

Monies collected from transactions would need to be tracked in such a way that the items purchased from a particular member's page are posted to that member's account ledger and payments automatically posted to their paypal account.

I have designed the look and feel of the visitor facing pages, so what i need is a platform with the page formatting according to my page designs or the platform with the functionality such that a web developer/designer can finish project.
