SolarMitra is a startup in clean technology providing solar pv,
solar based energy efficient products, solar greenhouses.
We have an opening for junior/senior LAMP and Drupal developer in its offices
in New York City.
We have a website in Drupal being developed, but we need someone local in NYC to help us with updates, optimization and consult on good options. Someone who has a lot of experience in Drupal would be best, and working individually-freelance in the NYC area. Good opportunity to work on an amazing cause for the environment and get paid to optimize and consult as well as learn (if one wants... no obligation...) hydroponics and solar energy applications... be a part of a team of enthusiastic people wanting to help turn NYC green.

Duties:

1. PHP programming using Drupal
2. Design and develop SQL databases
3. Linux system administration, Red hat RHEL 4.0
4. Knowledge of other languages a plus – especially Perl.
