1 on 1 Personal Training on First Drupal Site for Web Developer with Intermediate Experience with Expression Engine

I need some hands on training with Drupal from an expert. Specifically installing a template and setting up the categories correctly, commonly used tags, etc.. I have used and am familiar with the Expression Engine CMS http://www.expressionengine.com. I would like to start on an hourly basis just working with you in person or giving you FTP access to the site and working together over the phone. I am 32 and have 10 plus years in Desktop Publishing/Print Design, Web Design, Company Branding/Ad Campaign Management/Conception, and Business Consultation.

Getting the hands on training has always proved to be the most efficient and fastest way to get going. I also need some Flash training as well if you can help with that as well or turn me on to someone who can.

The website is http://www.gbtwonline.org. I already have a 6x template I am going to use and change the color pallet and photography among other things. GBTW is provides assistance to convicts by providing incarceration couseling and release assistance (food, shelter, clothing, etc.) This is a non profit so your work with me would definately be a tax write off.
