Requirements:
PHP programming experience, MySQL experience, XHTML, CSS, Javascript,
Knowledge of Drupal (Open Source CMS) with preferable Drupal Module Development experience
Linux experience preferable, XML, AJAX, SSH, Eclipse/NetBeans IDE, Actionscript, Personal
Skills/Attributes:
Highly adaptable,
Self starter (doesn't need to be micro-managed)
An oozing passion for web development
A strong desire to learn new skills
High energy levels and flexibility in juggling many projects at once
Excellent problem solving abilities and lateral thinking
An organized procedural approach to work with attention to detail
A cool head under pressure
The ability to set and work to deadlines
Practical experience managing and monitoring multiple web applications
An ingrained habit of testing all code
