Open Source Web Developer

We have an immediate opening for an Open Source Web Developer. This position will provide technical and functional development, design, and support for Medico’s Internet/Intranet websites.
The responsibilities and qualifications of this new position include:
Responsibilities:
Develop and code web sites, pages and applications using design and development software and technologies. Provide technical support for users both internal and external.
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of WAMP development methodologies and the following technologies:
• HTML (4.01 and/or XHTML 1.0)
• CSS 2
• JavaScript
• PHP 5.2
• MySQL
• Open-Source Content Management Systems, including administration
• Table-less design methodology
• Cross-Browser Development
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels throughout the organization.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
