Part-Time Drupal Help - San Francisco | Remy Corporation client

I am looking for someone who can help our San Francisco-based client for about 15-20 hours per week (maybe more) on their Drupal-based website. They are located in the SOMA neighborhood, and need someone who can assist them in the following areas:

•event module appearance: the color scheme, the layout, the way previews are displayed (specifically the week, month, daily -esp when there are multiple events in a day-, list and table views. Basically everything but the detail view of an event needs to be re-worked at least visually.
•create a photo gallery module that will allow for alt tags and unique page reloads each time a photo is called up. Currently using gallerix but likely need a new photo module
•footer menu needs design help
•getting ready to scale the site out into multiple cities… how will blocks, navigation and content work within various city channels as we move into 3-5 markets
•appearance and functionality of the newsletter (custom built module)
•appearance and functionality of “Location” content types
