Installation and set up of Drupal | in my room

I have agreed to do a drupal site for an association, and I would rather not learn install and set up at this stage.
Looking for someone to quote on basic set up, to template which we have designed using an existing Drupal template.

Features required for the website beyond basic include:
- events manager
- possibly document management (at least, there will be some PDFs)
- online payments

Strong preference for developer in Sydney Australia, as it is where we are located.
