drupal developer/engineer | media company

hello! we are looking to possibly hire full-time a drupal developer to build up our staff. we now have 2 engineers, but one is part-time. i am wondering if there are drupal-specific folks in l.a. who fit the bill. (we have had a bit of a hard time actually digging up drupal workers on this project, despite the fact drupal seems to be everywhere these days!)

we run a media site (heavy on video) that is really into interactivity with its users. (there is a "social" element to the site, but who doesnt say that?) the site runs drupal, and was recently launched after a frenzy of development, way too rushed/stressed, as usual.

we are looking for serious drupal geeks, not simply "themers" (we already have 1 designer on staff, hoping to make that 2 soon). we have a lot of custom modules we have made, and most even work 99% of the time.

obviously linux/apache/php a must, drupal obviously a big big plus. bonus points if you know some open source tricks with open source (server-side) video utils. (we can dream, right?)
