The Web Developer role for Soul Integrated Solutions calls for a seasoned front-end developer working to
create new websites, update existing websites, as well as provide technical leadership, feedback, and
oversight for various technical initiatives undertaken by Soul.
As such, you should excel in all components of the web development skill set including but not limited to;
HTML, CSS, JavaScript/AJAX, template integration with Drupal, PHP, MySQL, Smarty Templates, slicing
layered Photoshop files, site maintenance and troubleshooting. The Web Developer is expected to perform
autonomously and have a clear understanding of the Soul project development process.
When tasked with leadership responsibilities, you are expected to be able to drive project initiatives, as well as
communicate technical decisions and processes to technical project managers and functional managers. You
should be able to deliver projects successfully, on time, and with little oversight required.
