For the more standard things one puts into a job description, here goes, a successful candidate will have:

2+ years of experience in developing complex web applications
A diverse knowledge of different web technologies including LAMP, SQL, HTML, and Javascript (AJAX)
Experience creating web mashups and working with flash is a huge bonus
