PHP/Drupal/mySQL devloper | Juxtaflo Web Studio

We are in need of a contract developer that can start working with us on various small Drupal projects and hopefully stick with us as we grow into larger projects as they start to come.

Right now we need help with some minor theming issues, some minor module issues, and a project that needs a database/php system that can talk to a Flash application.

Juxtaflo is a very small design company but we are passionate about helping socially, culturally and environmentally conscious organizations affect positive change, both locally and globally. We are very much into valid and usable design, so flexibility and a willingness to put in the time to make something work right instead of taking the easy route is critical.
