Drupal Developer | Mustardseed Media Inc

Mustardseed Media Inc. is a full time Drupal shop developing websites for Christian churches and ministries. We're located in the north-western suburbs of Detroit.

We're looking for:

• Full on Drupal Developer (ie. you've developed effective modules that you can showcase)
• Someone who can also take a site wireframe/architecture and setup an install to our specs
• HTML/PHP an obvious requirement, CSS design a plus
• Lives in the Detroit area. Most days you'll work from home, but will also need frequent/easy in person contact and co-working ability
• We work with Christian ministries. You don't have to be a Christian to apply (I think it may be illegal to say otherwise), but at Mustardseed we sacrifice for our clients because we're passionate about their mission. You need to be willing to sacrifice occasionally because you believe in the mission of the product as well.
• Youthful mindset, laid back, easy to work with personality. Personal compatibility will be a BIG determining factor in this, since we'll be working closely together on every project.

You'll get:

• 40 Hour work week. We won't ever demand more.
• $35k/year + Blue Cross Health Ins.
• 2 Weeks Vacation
• Laid back boss/atmosphere (at least I like to think so)

To be totally honest, we've survived for a long time without someone at this position. We know that it will increase our productivity and business, but if we don't find just the right person, we'll survive longer without it. We know this position is a tall order, but at Mustardseed, we believe God can lead the right people to us when the time is right.
