how to config access rights to users like this

Hi all, I am stucking by the access rights. Please show me how can I config drupal with my concept

  • I have 4 users : A, B, C, D

  • I have 5 roles :

  • anonymous user ( not login )

  • authenticated user ( logged in )
  • Content Editor ( can post and edit content page and story )
  • Site Admin ( full permission )

  • Visitor ( view only )

  • I have 2 groups : Public, Technical Staff

And this is the question :

How can I config drupal 5.9 with one user have role in group and another role in other group and one user should have different roles in different groups ?

Example :

Users Public Technical Staff
A Visitor deny
B Visitor Content Editor
C Content Editor Visitor
D Site Admin Content Editor

And these are modules that I install :

  • Drupal 5.9
  • Organic Group
  • Views
  • OG User Roles
  • Job queue

It didn't work. Should I have to install any module ?
