Detailed Description:
1) 2-3 years of experience in web development working for market leading online products and sites
2) Must have a clear understanding of, and demonstrated ability to structure SQL Queries. Experience with database design and architecture is a bonus
3) Strong programming skills in PHP & mySQL, familiarity with other server side scripting languages is a plus.
4) Experience with Drupal is a must, ability to work and customize any CMS is strongly desired
5) Scripting all-star - strong skills in Javascript with the ability to understand and execute interaction requirements independently is critical
6) Solid understanding of AJAX and DOM manipulation techniques as well as working knowledge of CSS
7) Experience of working with open source Javascript frameworks like jQuery, Prototype etc
8) Should be comfortable working with different data formats (XML, JSON etc) on the UI
9) Understanding of best practices for SEO & performance optimization including page speed and cross-browser compatibility
10) Ability to work in an environment of perfection and compliance to web standards and high design quality benchmarks
