Colorado Springs Drupal Meetup, September 4th, 6:30 p.m.
Southern Colorado Drupalers are having their second meet-up at East Library (PPLD) on Thursday, September 4th. Meetups from now on will be on the first Thursday of every month in Colorado Springs. For this meetup chow will be provided at 6:30 p.m. and the actual yammering will begin at 7:00 p.m. If you missed our inaugural meetup, we're going strong and would love to see you at our second.
It's an open agenda, including constructing a Drupal website from scratch, hands-on, with commonly included functionality such as blogging, forums, calendars/events, views, images, galleries, etc. If you want to talk about something, we'll talk about it.
Regular DBUG attendees are still very welcome!

Meeting Room for September 4
Hi there,
I reserved a room at PPLD's East Library on September 4 at 6:30. The East Library is located at 5550 N. Union Blvd. Colo Springs, 80918.
If we don't need this room just let me know and I'll cancel it.
We do have a projector, free wireless, and free laptops for check-out (with a library card).

On the Monarch blog - http://monarchdigital.com/events/83 - it says that chow will be provided at 6:30 for the Sept 4th meetup. Are we allowed to have food in the library conference room? Has anyone made any arrangements? I can get pizza or something else.

We can have food at the Library, mainly because it's work-related for me. We just have to be careful not to spill. I can bring drinks, if you'd like.
