Development Team - A NEW kind of Opportunity! | HSM, Inc.

I have run several start-ups and the model is always the same. We recruit a CTO, give him/her a chunk of equity, and then hire a development team that, as a group, receives a tiny number of stock options.
I want to do things differently this time. I have started a destination site to bring together 100+ Million people online, offline, and at events. Unlike most high-volume sites which search for ways to monetize, we have 7 different revenue streams, and specific, achievable plans to reach $100 million in annual revenue.
Here’s the deal… We need about a man-year of development to take place between now and March, 2009. I am looking for a small team of extraordinary Drupalers to complete the project in their “spare time”. In return, I will award the team ALL the stock that would ordinarily go to a CTO..plus some.
