consultant - theming | small non-profit

I have a very simple non-profit website which I would like to transition to Drupal. I started creating a zen-based theme for it but have been to busy to finish.

I would like to pay someone to create a zen-based theme which matches this existing web site. My goal is to keep close to existing look (which isn't great but works for them). I would like to solicit some quotes for this work and see if I can afford to donate it.
