Proctors are pound to announce that they will be hosting the next Drupal - SWUG (South West User Group) Meet up on the 25th May.
As has been suggested on the forums we will be running a more structured with some presentations, a problem solving session and then finishing in the pub.
The suggested format will be:
6:00pm - 6.30pm - Drinks and the chance for a quick catch up while everyone arrives.
6:30pm - 7.30pm - This will be a mixture of 3/4 small presentations.
7.30pm - 8:00pm - We will then have a open forum type Q/A session
8:00pm - Onward - head to pub and continue chat.
Due to size of our conference rooms we are planning to cap the numbers at around 30, however if we do have more people wishing to come then we can simply split the presentations between two rooms and you can simply attend the most appropriate presentation.
We have created a registration form here that I would ask you to submit so that we can get an idea of numbers, create badges for you etc. There is also a slot on there for presentations so if you would like to present a talk then please enter the topic of the presentation here.
You can find our address on our contact page and there is free parking directly in front of our building after 6:00pm or you can park in Portland square.
