Drupal Developer | Evanston Based Start-Up

We are a small start-up run by two people with solid industry experience. We are looking to add a freelance Drupal expert to the team. Our core need is to find someone who is very experienced working with themes in Drupal and who can bend the CSS, PHP, HTML, etc to his/her will to help us attain our desired look and feel. Extra points would definitely be given if the person we find can (in order of priority):
• Evaluate our selected modules and confirm they are the best ones or recommend better ones
• Evaluate our infrastructure /architectural set up and validate that it is scalable and the best approach
• Be in a position to provide support down the road
