Web Programmer (Drupal, PHP MySQL) | Vancouver Web Development

We are seeking to hire an experienced & talented programmer to work on a variety of web projects. The position would start off as a temporary full-time.

Wage: $30k - $60k (depending upon experience)

Specific skills required:
- Experience with Drupal and other open source CMS an asset
- Strong html, css & JavaScript skills
- Able to work with PHP & MySQL
- Experienced with web services, xml, and ecommerce.
- Strong Quality Assurance skills – able to review work and thoroughly test out the project to ensure all features are effectively working
- able to take a Photoshop source file and translate it into a pixel perfect web site that works across browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari) and works across platform (PC & Mac).

Other information
- Portfolio required – we absolutely need to see previous web sites that you’ve worked on and a brief description of how you contributed.
- You must be able to document your code and programming structure in a concise and easy to understand manner.
- Experience with other language and multimedia tools is a plus.

You must be a team player, able to work with project managers, content providers, designers and other developers in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
