We need a really simple DRUPAL 5.0 module to be developed ASAP -

Essentially, its function is to allow role(s) on the site to have permission to choose from a list of pre-defined colors - when a color is selected, the module will load a color-specific .css file after style.css; effectually overriding some styles in style.css

The various color options can be static - ie. we don't need to use the color.module - the module should perhaps read the available .css files in a directory on our server and name the options the same as the name of the file - eg. seabreeze.css would be presented to say, an editor on the site as 'Seabreeze' in a list of available colors.

The budget is just $85 but this is a really simple concept and we expect it can be coded in probably an hour for an experienced Drupal developer.
