Looking for Advanced Drupal Tutor - Paid | Infusion Studios

I am looking for a Drupal tutor to teach me the ins and outs of taking a HTML site and converting it into a Drupal 6 site. I am well versed in PHP. I just find things a bit confusing and would rather pay someone to get me started on the right foot.

Things I wish to learn:
1) Properly utilizing Views to integrate several related content types together on a page
2) Setting up detailed ratings system (such as Five-Star/Multi-Axis.
3) Setting up workflow-type User Profile system (where it is a wizard type registration as opposed to one page)

Can pay $50 an hour and up to 8 hours + food provided.

This is for downtown LA, even though I can come to you if you are within 25 miles of downtown.
