System troubleshooter, themer, and Drupal panels and OG programmer | activelyOUT

Troubleshooter:- Telecommute
1. troubleshoot my drupal site. I have numfiles errors for no good reason.
2. My system crashes when I run cron.daily on it. I can't figure out why.

Themer:- Telecommute and in person
I would like to make my theme available on IE6.
I would like to better abstract between some of the php code I put in the theme (I know not great) and create functions instead of having code in the theme

New implementation: prefer in person
I need someone who can help tutor me/guide/and do some work for panels and OG.
I am not quite sure about panels or OG so someone to help guide me would be great.
i want to modify my site to work using OG and panels ASAP.
