A nice little project for a high quality Drupal theme designer.

I am building a community site for a special niche of hardcore paintball players. I am looking for a Drupal theme designer who can build (or adapt existing) a high quality Drupal theme that will totally rock the users minds. I need someone who can understand military-simulation types, you know, the kids who love to play counterstrike and fantasize about being the elite soldier. I need a "mil-sim" theme that still reeks of paintball. Of course, I will be looking for graphic asset production too for as much as is necessary to give me that killer looking site.
