Powerpoint Scrum + Drupal = love

Hi Julien,

On every slide, content is not fully displaying (example, last sentence in slide 3) or shape override text.
The slideshow seems to be useful but not easy to read with the displaying issues.

Could you fix it?

Yes I have some troubles to convert my ppt file into a google presentation.

The main theme is : agile - cool :) But label for process development is blurred for real project.
And that team select way of development :)

Since the time I discovered Scrum and wrote this powerpoint, I ve read this book also : http://www.amazon.com/Agile-Software-Development/dp/0201699699 and It helps me to better understand agile methodology in general.

Scrum is cool. There are good ideas, tips and good practices to take from it. But as mentioned in the article that you ve linked, the question "Should you go agile ?" (and how ?) deserve to be taken into consideration.

Eventually I think Scrum is a good pedagogic introduction to agile methodology. But the real way we go agile must be adapted and choosen regarding the team and the real project environment.

Also despite what is said in this powerpoint :

1 week sprint duration is really too short even for a drupal project. It doesn't work.

3 weeks sprint duration is better.
