Hi,

I need quite a bit of help migrating my old website to a drupal 6 website. Here are some links to help demonstrate where I'm currently at:

... if you see something that doesn't look right, it's probably not because I'm unaware, but because I don't have the drupal knowledge and time to get it to work. ... I'm looking for someone who has a deep understanding of drupal/modules api and functions; not to spend too much time guessing or trying code around drupal's way of doing things. You also need to be able to voice chat and field chat requests from me during your working hours.

I don't have any problems handing off large sections of the job to a vetted developer, but only after a few weeks of hand holding and oversight to make sure that there's a match. I have a 'decent' budget for this, so you hopefully don't starve along with me trying to make the world a better and more interesting place - but I do not have deep corporate pockets and so we'll have to work as streamlined as possible from the get-go.
